The Trading Post is a combination of a farmers’ market and arts & crafts fair. Thirty farmers and thirty artisans will converge weekly on Grand Texas, to encourage local, small farmers and artisans, allowing them to market their wares to guests seeking the freshest foods and unique items. The Trading Post provides local vendors a low cost means to reach a large market without a long term commitment.
During holiday seasons such as Harvest/Halloween, merchants will focus on pumpkins and other traditional fall fare which will transition towards Christmas gifts and crafts. Local flower growers showcase their crops around Mothers Day, while August is the always popular watermelon harvest. Since harvest times change with each crop, there's always something new at the Trading Post.
